This Father’s Day, we’re doing things a little differently. Forget the skewer to the table – Dad’s getting a full feast buffet, from 12-hour slow cooked brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs to fresh chilled oysters and prawns, plus an indulgent dessert bar to finish. Same fire. Same flavour. A different way to feast.
Bring the whole family, settle in and let Dad go back for seconds (and thirds), because this year, he deserves to be spoiled without lifting a finger.
