Bushfire Terms & Conditions

Reservation Confirmation

Existing Clients (with AR accounts at Pacific Hotel Cairns): Group reservations must be confirmed with a member of our team. No deposit is required.

New Clients: Full pre-payment is required prior to the reservation date in order to secure the booking.

Pre-Authorisation & Payment

A pre-authorisation of $10 per person is required for all bookings to secure the reservation.

Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the booking will result in forfeiture of the full pre-authorised amount.

For groups of fifty (50) guests or more, full payment is required prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation must be received no later than three (3) days prior to the reservation date.

Cancellations received within three (3) days of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value.

No-Show Policy

In the event of non-attendance without prior written notice, a fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value will be charged.

Amendments to Reservations

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the reservation date.

Requests to amend the number of guests must be communicated to the restaurant within this timeframe.

Dietary Requirements & Special Requests

All dietary requirements and/or special requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, Bushfire Restaurant Group cannot guarantee the availability of all items.

Packages & Timing

All guests within the group must be on the same package.

The booking start time is considered the commencement of the package, regardless of the group’s arrival time.

Package duration is strictly two (2) hours, after which the table must be vacated.

Beverages ordered after the package period will be charged at full menu price.

Arrival & Seating

Groups are required to arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to the reserved time.

Service will commence promptly at the scheduled reservation time.

Following the conclusion of the package, guests are welcome to relocate to the lounge area to finish beverages or order additional items.

Dinner-Only Reservations (No Drinks Package)

All beverage orders must be placed via the QR codes provided on the tables.

No split bills will be permitted. One bill per table applies.

Special Circumstances

Consideration may be granted for cancellations due to verified emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to the provision of supporting documentation. Such cases will be assessed at the sole discretion of Bushfire Restaurant Group management.
