Brazilian Inspired Flame Grill

Bushfire Flame Grill is an Award Winning Brazilian-inspired restaurant serving a unique Australian BBQ-style experience. Located on The Esplanade in Cairns, the theatre of the kitchen is brought to your table after skewers of meats are slow roasted on a triple-decker, open-flame churrasco grill.

Carvers will circle the restaurant with the seasoned and marinated meat, paired with delectable sides served to your table, followed by churros, cinnamon sugar pineapple and ice cream. Reopening Tuesday 28 March, don’t miss your chance to devour the three-course, all-you-can-eat experience, promising a flamin’ great time at The Place to Meat in Cairns. Open Tuesday – Saturday (closed Good Friday) from 5.30pm, bookings are essential.

Internationally renowned Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant returns to The Esplanade next week, firing up a tantalizing three-course experience, matched with iconic beverages. 🔥Reigniting the flames from Tuesday 28 March at 5.30pm, Bushfire will open five nights a week. The all-you-can eat Brazilian inspired BBQ brings the theatre of the kitchen to the table for a memorable and mouth-watering spectacle, iconic to Cairns. Served over three courses, tuck into shared platters, followed by skewers of succulent meats that have been slow roasted on an open flame, Churrasco grill. Carvers circle the table with the seasoned and marinated meat, paired with Bushfire’s signature sides.
